What good is a book if you never open it?
What goo is a friend if you first are unable to be dependable or friendly?
What good is medicine if you do not take it as your doctor has prescribed for your health?
What good are your goals if you first never write them down in order to start working on them?
What good is your story if you refuse to share it?
What good is love if you first can not love yourself?
What good is happiness if you are always bitter?
Simply put what are you going to do? What are you going to do to change your current status? Take charge of your dreams, goals and health.  Love those around you and in your circle. Start with the physical and spiritual you today.

Stay encourage and know that God is able.
