Many of us are blessed to have our mother’s either by our side or just a phone call away during our pregnancy and delivery. Our guest today did not have that opportunity. She is a mom of two boys, clinical psychologist and parent coach who is passionate about helping moms separated from their mother by physical distance, estrangement, or death, move from feelings of insecurity, isolation and overwhelm to a place of resilience.
